Girls ages 10-14.
What is Libera?
Libera is a peer to peer group safe space, for girls ages 10 to 14, to help foster connections and to develop social-emotional skills. This group meets each week, and each week builds on the last one. To join all the sessions, families need to sign up by September 8th.

Each group participant will receive a Libera workbook at the beginning of group and a mental health care tote upon completing the group for free!
