Newspaper Article / Obituary Requests

Patrons wishing to request a newspaper article or obituary may either complete the form below or call (304) 627-2236 x 4.

The library’s microfilm collection includes the Clarksburg Exponent, Clarksburg Telegram, and Clarksburg Exponent-Telegram from 1967 to 2010. The library’s digital edition of the Exponent-Telegram continues through the present. West Virginia Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates can be found through the Vital Research Records Project. Due to staffing and time constraints, requests are limited to two queries per person (submitted separately). For more information, please call (304) 627-2236 x 4.
