Fidget Sticks-Sensory
About this event
Fidget Sticks-Sensory
Time 3:00-4:00
Ages 5-12
Special needs children may have sensory disabilities. These disabilities can include deafness, hard of hearing, low vision, and blindness. Sensory disabilities can hamper one or more sensory abilities of children. Autistic children and teenagers may have sensory sensitivities. Sensory play is essential for all kids to learn how their bodies work and how to process and interpret the world around them. There are different types of sensory needs, such as proprioceptive and vestibular needs.
If your child has any delays, then this is the right program for them. This program is all about using our fine motor and gross skills. We will be making our own fidget sticks for sensory. Registration is required. Any questions please feel free to contact me at 3046272236 ext 214.
